If Automated DMs Are Not Being Sent, Please Check the Following:
If you're not receiving automated DMs, try these troubleshooting steps:
1. Keyword Auto DM Switch Is Turned Off
Go to Instagram/Facebook Automation → Keyword & Message.
Check if the Keyword Auto DM button at the top is set to "ON".
2. ManyChat Connection Still Exists

3. Instagram’s Third-Party App Message Connection Settings
Open the Instagram app and go to your profile.
Tap the three-line menu in the top right corner.
Select Messages and Story Replies.
Go to Message Requests.
Ensure that the "Allow Access to Messages" toggle is turned ON.
4. Keyword Input Accuracy
If the setting requires exact keyword matching, but the entered keyword contains extra text or emojis before or after it, the automation may not trigger.
You can check this setting under Keywords & its message → Settings.
