Restriction Warning Detection π¨
What is Restriction Warning Detection?
Restriction Warning Detection is Kittychatβs safety system that monitors early restriction signals from Meta (Instagram), alerts you in real time, and automatically adjusts automation behavior to reduce the risk of account limitations.
This system is designed to help you scale engagement as safely as possible, especially when using comment-based automation.

Auto DM vs Auto Comment Replies βοΈ
π© Auto DM is generally considered safe even at higher volumes
π¬ Auto Comment Replies, however, can pose a higher risk if used too aggressively
Because public comment activity is more visible, Instagram is more sensitive to rapid or repetitive auto comments, which may lead to temporary restrictions or blocked actions.
Built-in Safety Systems π‘οΈ
Kittychat includes multiple layers of protection:
β³ Auto Comment Delay System
Automatically spaces out each auto comment to maintain a natural posting paceπ Restriction Signal Detection
Detects early warning signals from Instagram before major actions are blocked (such as DM sending restrictions)π§ Email Alerts
Notifies you immediately when a warning signal is detected so you stay informed
What Happens When a Warning Is Detected?
Kittychat responds progressively to reduce risk:
1st & 2nd Detection
π© You receive an email notification
β±οΈ The delay between auto comment replies is automatically increased to slow activity
3rd Detection
π The Auto Comment Replies system is automatically stopped
π© Auto DM continues to operate normally in most cases
Keep in mind that Instagram can impose restrction before 3rd warning.
Auto DM Continues to Work β
Even when the Auto Comment Replies system is turned off,
the Auto DM system is usually safe and continues running without interruption.
This allows you to maintain DM-based automation while giving your account time to cool down.
When Should You Turn Auto Comments Back On? β°
There is no guaranteed βsafeβ waiting period, as Instagramβs internal rules are not public.
We recommend:
Leaving Auto Comment Replies off for as long as you feel necessary
Monitoring account health and engagement behavior
Doing your own research and resuming gradually when confident
Taking a conservative approach is always safer for long-term account stability.
