Bulk DM allows you to send a message to multiple people at once, as long as they have interacted with you in your Instagram DM within the last 24 hours.
This feature operates within Instagram’s permitted messaging rules, making it a safe and effective way to follow up with engaged users.
Who Can Receive a Bulk DM? ⏱️
A user is eligible to receive a Bulk DM if they have interacted with you in DM within the past 24 hours.
An “interaction” includes:
💬 Asking a question (to you or to your AI chatbot) in DM
🔘 Clicking a button inside a Button-Style Auto DM
📬 Clicking a menu item from:
Inbox Starters
Persistent Menu
Once a user performs any of these actions, they enter the 24-hour Bulk DM pool.
