Changing your plan

Depending on the plan,

  • The number of chatbots,
  • The number of message credits,
  • And the number of data items varies.

Upgrade

  • If you need to upgrade your plan, log in and go to the ‘Subscription’ tab where you can change to a different plan.
  • When you upgrade, your limits will immediately increase to the quota of the new plan. You will be charged the difference between your previous plan and the new plan. The payment date and the credit reset date are the same, and this date remains unchanged even if you change plans.
  • If you run out of message credits and do not upgrade your plan, the chatbot will cease to operate.

Downgrade

  • After logging in, you can downgrade from the ‘Subscription’ tab.
  • To downgrade, you need to fit within the chatbot count and data item count limits of the lower plan.
  • Once you apply for a downgrade, it will take effect from the next billing cycle. Until then, the message credit limit of your existing plan will remain.
