Changing your plan

Upgrade

If you need to upgrade your plan, log in and go to the ‘Subscription’ tab, where you can switch to a different plan.
When upgrading, you will be charged the difference between your current plan and the new plan for the remaining period until the next payment date.
If you change your plan between paid plans, the payment date and credit reset date will remain the same, even if you change plans.
If you change your plan from the free plan to a upper level, the billing cycle will be reset from the date.
If you run out of DM automation credits and do not upgrade your plan, DM automation will stop. You won’t be able to send automated DMs for messages that couldn’t be sent due to the credit limit, even if you upgrade your plan afterward.

Downgrade

To downgrade your plan, log in and go to the ‘Subscription’ tab.
For the Expert plan, you must delete data items before downgrading.
Once you apply for a downgrade, it will take effect from the next billing cycle. Until then, the features of your current plan will remain active.
