Tips for Moving from Manychat to Kittychat
If you already have posts running Auto DMs in Manychat or another DM automation tool, prepare the keywords and DM messages first. Then connect Instagram to Kittychat so the switchover happens with no downtime.
🎈 If each Auto DM in Manychat uses different keywords

In Kittychat, choose “All Posts” and register your keywords and Auto DMs.

Disconnect Instagram from Manychat.

Connect Instagram to Kittychat.
→ The automation will resume instantly.
🎈 If you set up Auto DMs in Manychat per post but reused the same keywords

In Kittychat, start by selecting “All Posts” and registering the keywords and Auto DMs.

Disconnect Instagram from Manychat.

Connect Instagram to Kittychat.

In Kittychat, open each Auto DM you created and assign it to its specific post.
