Connecting your Instagram account to Kittychat.ai

1. Go to Instagram/FB Automation and click Settings.
2. Click Sign in to connect Instagram.
3. A pop-up will appear and you can log in to the Instagram account you'd like to connect.
4. The webpage will be refreshed and you'll see the connected Instagram account.

▪️ Greeting message for Meta integration

This greeting is used when a follower sends a message in DM and the AI reply feature is enabled. It is a greeting from the chatbot.

By default, this greeting includes guidance provided by the AI chatbot on KittyChat and instructions on how to turn the AI feature on or off, and it is registered as a required component on Instagram. The content you enter here will be sent as an additional message.

▪️ Enter the automatic reply message to be posted under the comments on Instagram

This content is the auto-reply that gets posted in the comment section when someone leaves a keyword in the Instagram comments, triggering an automatic DM. If you leave this field empty, the auto-reply function will not be used.

We do not recommend using this functionality, as Instagram may impose restrictions if too many identical auto-replies are posted. *Currently, we are developing a feature that limits the number of auto-replies per post and rotates through multiple input responses for comments.

▪️ Trigger the AI response system to respond when a DM is received:

If no registered keywords are found when receiving a DM, the AI chatbot will reply to the customer's DM based on the data registered in the 'AI response' below. This feature is not available for unlimited use; the number of reply credits available varies depending on the plan.
