2. Connecting Instagram with Kittychat

Instagram can not be connected to more than one DM automation platform. If you're connected with Manychat or other platforms, disconnect them first. How to Connect Instagram with Kittychat

Select "Integration" from the left-hand menu.
Click the 'connect' button.
A pop-up window with the Instagram login screen will appear. Log in to the Instagram account you want to connect.
When prompted to confirm the connection between Kittychat and Instagram, click the blue "Allow" button.
Once the page refreshes automatically, check the connected Instagram account by clicking "Connected account".

If you have multiple Instagram accounts in your app, ensure that you're logged into the one you want to connect with Kittychat.

If you clicked the "Connect" button in the Instagram section and received the error message "Error - Please wait a few minutes before you try again." on the login pop-up, try the following solutions:

Change Your Network:
- Switch your internet connection (e.g., from Wi-Fi to mobile data).
- This will change your IP address, which may help bypass the restriction.
Wait and Try Again:
- This restriction is usually temporary.
- Simply waiting a few minutes before retrying may resolve the issue.
Use a VPN:
- Connecting to a VPN changes your IP address, which can help bypass the temporary restriction.
