When the chatbot can't locate the data entered
- If your chatbot can't find the data you entered, try to combine all the relevant information and enter it as one set.
- Ensure each data item consists of a complete sentence, including a subject. If a sentence is incomplete, particularly if it's missing a subject, the meaning of the data may be unclear.
- If the data were added by editing the existing data, try deleting it and recreating the data
