Connecting with more than one Instagram account for one account
Even though each chatbot can be connected to different Instagram accounts, all the Instagram accounts should be linked to one Facebook account or should have access to the Facebook Business and the Facebook Page that is linked to the Instagram account
Some plans can have more than one chatbot.
Follow this instruction if you have two or more chatbots and plan to connect each chatbot with different Instagram accounts.
- Log in to Kittychat.ai
- Navigate to the Integration menu
- Click on 'sign in to connect Instagram'
- sign in at the Facebook window that pops up, and click on the 'continue as _____' button
- Tick next to the businesses that are linked to your Instagram accounts where the chatbots will be deployed. Press the 'continue' button.
- Tick next to the Facebook Pages that are linked to your Instagram accounts where the chatbots will be deployed. Press the 'continue' button.
- Tick next to the Instagrams you're going to deploy your chatbots. Click on the 'Continue' button.
- The integration confirmation page will be shown. Click on the 'Save' button
- Press the 'Got it' button
- Refresh the integration page, then you'll see 'Connected Instagram accounts: ________'
- If you want to connect the other Instagram with this chatbot, click on the 'Connected Instagram accounts'
- You'll see the list of Instagram accounts connected. Click the 'Connect' button next to your desired Instagram accounts.
- Check the other chatbot, and check its integration as well.
