Setting Up Buttons at the Top of the Chatbot
Our chatbot features call-to-action (CTA) buttons at the top.
When visitors click these, they are directed to the links registered with the buttons.
Some useful applications include:
- Sending emails (see details below)
- Making a phone call (for smartphone users, see details below)
- Linking to a website including a blog
- Displaying forms for applications (see details below)
- Linking to live chat
- Linking to a customer support ticket system
- And more.
Sending Emails
If you want to set up a button for sending emails,
- Write 'Send Email' in the 'Title' field,
- In the 'Web Address' field, write 'mailto:' and then add the email address you wish to receive emails at. Example: mailto:david@gmail.com
Making Phone Calls
If you want to set up a button for making phone calls,
- Write 'Make a Call' in the 'Title' field,
- In the 'Web Address' field, write 'tel:' and then add the phone number. Example: tel:02-900-1234
Displaying Forms for Applications
You can use Google Forms to receive forms from visitors for free.
It can be used for various purposes like surveys and application forms.
