How to Set Up a Professional Account on Instagram:

1. Go to your profile and tap the three-line menu in the top right corner.
2. Tap Account type and tools.
3. Select Switch to professional account.
4. Tap Continue.
5. Choose a category for your business and tap Done.
6. Select Business and tap Next.
7. Tap Next again.
8. Add your contact information, then tap Next.
   • To skip this step, tap Don’t use my contact info.
   • To share login access via Accounts Center, tap Facebook Login.
   • You can connect a Facebook Page linked to your business (this is optional but helps access more business features provided by Meta).
   • Note: Currently, you can only connect one Facebook Page to a business account. To skip this step, tap Skip.
9. Complete any optional steps or return to your profile by tapping X in the top right corner to finalize the setup.
10. To adjust profile display settings, go to your profile, tap Edit Profile, and under Public Business Information, choose whether to show or hide your category label and contact details. Then tap Done.

How to Switch from a Creator Account to a Business Account:

1. Go to your profile and tap the menu in the top right corner.
2. Tap Creator tools and controls.
3. Tap Switch account type.
4. Select Switch to business account.
5. Tap Switch to confirm.
