▪️ When the chatbot does not have the relevant information, what happens?
By default, if there is no data available for a question, the chatbot is programmed to respond that it does not know the answer. In such cases, KittyChat collects the customer's lead information and sends it to the administrator via email.
Once you become aware of the missing information in the chatbot, you can easily add it. By logging into our website and going to the data tab, you can directly enter and input the data.
