General Usage Instruction

1. Membership Registration

After signing up, you will automatically be enrolled in the free plan. If you wish to upgrade immediately, you can do so by going to the 'Subscription' tab.

2. Chat Settings

In the left menu bar, you can go to 'Chat Settings' where you can set the chatbot's name, the website address where it will be deployed, the chatbot's persona, and custom buttons to be placed at the top of the chat window.

3. Data Upload

Through this section, you can extract information from websites or extract data through text files, PDF files, etc. You can also enter data directly.

4. Data Refinement

In the data tab, you can view the extracted data. If the data is extracted from a PDF file, some texts may be in a broken sentence format, so they need to be checked and corrected. Each piece of data should have a complete meaning on its own. Sentences missing objects or subjects should be deleted or modified. Integrating sentences from a single context into one piece of data makes it easier for AI to understand the context.

5. Appearance Settings

You can set the appearance of the chatbot. You can choose or upload new options for the chat window's text color, background color, and icons.

6. Deployment

The chatbot can be embedded in websites and can be launched through a single link. This can be placed in Instagram profiles, Naver maps, Kakao channels, etc.

7. Monitoring

You can monitor the conversations customers have with the chatbot and add information that the chatbot may not know. In this case, it's best to enter the information directly in the 'Data' tab.
