4. Instagram/Facebook Automation - Settings Guide

When the AI chatbot is enabled, it automatically sends a greeting message to visitors in Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger.
This greeting is triggered when a follower starts a conversation via DM while the AI response feature is active.
By default, Kittychat includes a pre-set greeting message that explains the AI chatbot's function, along with instructions on how to turn it on or off.
The message you enter here will be sent additionally after the default greeting.

To activate the AI chatbot in DMs, pre-register response data under the "AI Response Feature" settings.
Once set up, the AI will automatically reply when a message is received in DM.
However, if a user enters an exact keyword registered for automated DMs, the automated DM message will be sent instead of an AI response.

If a follower adds extra text or emojis along with the registered keyword in a comment, the automated DM will still be sent.
(Note: This setting applies only when the AI feature is turned off.)

When multiple similar keywords are registered, the most relevant keyword will trigger its respective automated DM.
Example: If "jeans11" and "jeans112" are both registered keywords, and a user enters "jeans112," the system will send the automated DM message for "jeans112".
